I have been a fan of the Beatles all my life (I'm 60 so remember some songs from 1964) never got to see any of them live. BUT!!!!! got a 60th birthday present from my daughter to see Beatle Mania in Dunstable's Grove Theatre. What can I say. It was incredible. The moment the curtain went up I was in heaven, the sound was unbelievable. Even on the Sgt Peppers stuff where there was a lot of over dubbing originally, they played them all, live. (No Elenor Rigby, but with that songbook you can't possibly do everything). John Lennon doing Twist and Shout... wow and it was nowhere near his last song also captured Johns humour, George Harrison, sounded amazing, Pauls bass playing, god his fingers must have hurt, talk about fast, and where did they find a Drummer that plays and sings like Ringo. I have seen many tribute bands, and nearly as many original bands, but I can honestly say this show was probably the best I have ever seen. Up till now that place was reserved for Queen at Knebworth, sorry Freddie you're reduced to number 2.

have to say after seeing the lads for first time last night and being a lennon/beatles fans for 36 yrs now circa 1979..was always bit weary as a tribute band..but have to say this is not a tribute band this is a beatles concert from start to finish the setlist was really suprising and they pulled it off without effort they sound look and feel like the real deal and they are.. superb fantastic night they done the beatles proud after 50 years of the beatles music they made it sound new! hopefully see yous in blyth or gosforth...keep the music alive

Saw the show for the first time and was very impressed, not only with the musicianship and vocals, but also the interaction with the audience and how slick and totally professional it was from start to finish. Would have liked a few more album tracks, but I suppose that you have to do all the big hits for a theatre audience (however, This Boy was brilliant). A great show, probably the best out there and I look forward to seeing you again at the Pheonix in Blyth in May. All the best.
